ABSTRACT
This research on the management and administration of funds in federal college of education in Nigeria.(a case of federal college of education in technical gusau) tends to bring into focus the need for internal auditing due to the increasing volume of work and business activities in a financial institution such as bank. the research project is organised into five chapters, chapter one is comprised of the general introduction which consists of the background of the study. Chapter two covers the review of related and relevant literature. Chapter three contains the research methodology that was applied and the nature and sources of data. Chapter four is concerned with the analysis of data; chapter five contains the summary, conclusion as well as the recommendations from the findings.
