Abstract

This study examined the impact of entrepreneurship education on undergraduates in Adeyemi Federal University of Education, Ondo. The research investigated how entrepreneurship courses influence students’ knowledge, attitudes, intentions, and skill acquisition. A descriptive survey design was adopted, and data were collected using a structured questionnaire administered to 200 students across various faculties. Findings revealed that entrepreneurship education significantly enhances students’ business knowledge, strengthens their interest in self-employment, and improves their vocational and creative skills. Challenges highlighted include inadequate practical facilities, insufficient funding, and limited exposure to real business environments. The study concludes that entrepreneurship education remains a vital tool for reducing unemployment and fostering innovation among students. Recommendations were made to improve funding, practical training, and industry partnerships.
