AVOIDING THE MENACE OF POPULATION EXPLOSION USING MODERN FAMILY PLANNING ON THE REPRODUCTIVE RATE OF COUPLES IN ZARIA LGA OF KADUNA STATE
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study was carried out to examine the Assessment of importance, behavior and Practice of family planning method among couples in Zaria local government area of Kaduna State. There is the absolute need to plan on the reproductive rate of couples in order to avoid the menace of population explosion This study employed a descriptive survey research design. The population for study comprised people of ’Zaria Local Government Area at about approximately Five hundred and ninety-five thousand, Six hundred and fifty-three hundred people as the population (595653). The sample of one hundred and twenty (120) people in Zaria Local Government Area of Kaduna State. The researcher employed simple frequency and percentage to analyzed the data. The researcher concluded that therefore, this work will further recommend a study in the area of integration among others.
