A questionnaire titled Questionnaire and Availability and Utilization of Reference Sources by Undergraduate Students in Library and Information Science (QAURSUSLIS) was used as the main instrument for data collection. Results and findings of the study revealed that various academic libraries were available and this affected the utilization of reference sources by undergraduate students in Cross River University of Technology, Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria. The study recommended amongst others that school management should ensure to update the library with more reference sources to supplement the existing ones in the library, as this would encourage students to always visit the library.
