Employing a mixed-methods research design, the study assesses both quantitative and qualitative data derived from 100 student respondents across different schools. Findings reveal a generally positive perception of ICT tools among students, with smartphones being the most commonly accessed device. Despite moderate usage patterns, ICT was found to enhance lesson engagement, creativity and language proficiency. However, challenges such as social media distractions and infrastructure limitations were identified. The study concludes that effective ICT integration supported by proper training, reliable infrastructure and responsible usage can significantly improve English Language learning outcomes. Recommendations highlight the importance of teacher training, infrastructural investment and development of student ICT discipline
