Effective communication is essential for fostering collaboration, enhancing productivity, and facilitating decision-making within any organization. The research identifies key areas where communication breakdowns occur, such as between management and staff, within teams, and in external stakeholder interactions. Through qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys and interviews with faculty and administrative personnel, the study reveals that inadequate communication leads to misunderstandings, decreased morale, and inefficiencies, ultimately hindering the institution's ability to meet its goals. Recommendations are provided to enhance communication strategies, such as training programs, the establishment of clear communication channels, and regular feedback mechanisms.
