This project focuses on the design and implementation of a Water Billing Management System for the Department of Water. The existing manual billing process is time-consuming, error-prone, and inefficient in handling customer records, billing calculations, and payment tracking. The proposed system automates customer registration, water consumption recording, bill generation, and report management using a computerized approach. The system was developed using structured system analysis and design methodology, with appropriate database design to ensure data accuracy and security. The implementation of this system enhances efficiency, reduces human error, improves revenue management, and provides reliable billing services.
