Abstract
In the fast-paced digital era, efficient event management is crucial for successful gatherings across Nigeria's diverse cultural, business, and academic landscapes. Traditional methods often involve cumbersome paperwork and ineffective communication, hindering the planning and execution of events. This project addresses these challenges by designing and implementing an online event management system tailored to Lexury Lifestyle, a premier event planning company in Cross River State. The proposed system aims to streamline processes by enabling online booking and scheduling, facilitating secure online payments, and providing a searchable database of event organizers. By enhancing efficiency and customer experience, this digital solution seeks to revolutionize event management in the region, driving innovation and contributing to economic growth. Despite limitations such as resource constraints and stakeholder engagement challenges, this study offers significant insights into modernizing event planning practices in Nigeria
