EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF DIFFERENT ANTISEPTICS ON MICRO ORGANISM USED FOR DOMESTIC CLEANING IN A.G.P
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Antiseptic are antimicrobial agents that are used either to kill or inhibit the growth of pathogenic (infections) microorganisms. They contain different antimicrobial chemicals and are selective in toxicity against four different antiseptics and applied on three different environments, room, environment (separately) after the application. The Swrabs were inoculated and cultured using nutrient agar medium. The Growth densities were observed after the period of incubation. Dettol was found to have the leeser microbial growth, followed by microbial methylated spirit, septol and iodine respectively.
