Abstract

ABSTRACT Creating an effective timetable in educational institutions is a challenging task that requires balancing multiple factors, including faculty availability, student course preferences, and classroom allocation. Manual scheduling methods often result in conflicts, inefficiencies, and increased administrative workload. This study explores the development of an automated timetable system that utilizes intelligent algorithms to streamline the scheduling process. By analyzing constraints and adapting to real-time changes, the system enhances flexibility and minimizes disruptions. Additionally, automation reduces human errors and ensures optimal resource utilization. The proposed approach not only simplifies timetable management but also improves coordination among students, faculty, and administrators, ultimately leading to a more organized and efficient academic environment.
