Policies should be introduced to ensure equal opportunities for women in leadership and operational roles. To improve adherence to human rights within the Akwa Ibom State Police Command, it is recommended to implement comprehensive gender equality training that includes human rights education for all officers. Promoting female representation in leadership positions can foster a more balanced approach to rights enforcement.
