The population of the study was 100 and 60 sample size was used. Some of the findings of this research work include staffs could not perform effectively with the use of web technology facilities organization, and the positive impact of web technology has brought about ea way of working condition in organization, due to changes businesses, nowadays staff, have the opportunities for training and retaining. The new life wire of organization is web technology. Recommendations were therefore made enhance full implementations wide and effective web technology, as well as staff should be valued by their organization, should also give self-commitments to the duties and responsibilities in order to produce quality behavior, and serve delivery, staffs should be allowed to have access to web technology facilities as enable them perform effectively in an organization.
